What is the process to apply for a unit?
If you work with a broker, the most efficient way will be to connect your broker with us directly and/or our representation for that listing.
What should I include on my background check?
If you have been issued instructions for the background check vendor we work with you will recieve both a text and email.
Please complete all fields. If you do not recieve the details for your background check, please call the vendor directly.
How can I make a payment?
All payment for units throughout our portfolio are handled through ACH enrollment. You will be provided with an enrollment form for signature upon successful acceptance of your application. All forms must be submitted with a cancelled check.
