Bill, a State of Illinois Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, has performed and assisted in real estate appraisal assignments of various properties throughout the State of Illinois. His 30+ year career includes the appraisal of vacant land, single-family houses, condominiums and townhouses, PUDs, 2-4 unit residential, commercial, and industrial properties (owner-user and income-generating real estate assets), and lakefront estates/mansions.
